F.A.C.E.S is a collection of activities in the spirit and tradition of the classic variety show. This series of events has been created to promote free, community based, family friendly, activities. Tiara Street Park will serve as the epicenter of this proposed collection of the arts. The monthly concept will be influenced by the relevant events of that particular time, including the holidays and social awareness campaigns associated with that month.
The F (food) portion is a combination of restaurant booths, food trucks, and street food vendors. It features unique foods and desserts that you can’t find everywhere. The mission is to provide exposure to a variety of cultures, and ethnic based foods.
Overall, a diverse range of food vendors not only enriches the gastronomic experience but also contributes significantly to the cultural, social, and economic aspects of a community event.
The A (ARTS) focuses on the seven core artistic categories.

The Setting The Pace Foundation is a group of creative and collective
professionals with artistic backgrounds from different industries.
Founded in 1987, STP celebrates its 6th year in 2023. With deep roots in the community, The Setting The Pace Foundation has been involved in a wide range of activities that include murals and community restoration projects while mentoring and educating children and young adults.
Be Creative is a mentor-based diversion program designed to help
community improvement. The primary goal is to provide at-risk individuals
with support and alternatives to incarceration, helping the individual detract
them from destructive behavior.
While traditional programs are more reactive, Be Creative focuses on both
offenders and high-risk individuals before offenses are committed. The
program has a strong emphasis inclusive to gang activity, graffiti vandalism,
substance abuse, and mental health related issues.
The program identifies and proactively treats the core issues in the early
stage with a mission to direct its participants towards more constructive
creative activities.
STP a501c3 Charitable non-profit organization, currently has strategic
partnerships with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, District Attorney,
Los Angeles Department of Rec and Park, City Council District 11, County of
