As a Certified Mediator for the City Attorney’s Dispute Resolution Program, I facilitate constructive conversations that help individuals and communities find equitable solutions to conflicts. My role involves guiding participants through structured negotiations, promoting understanding, and fostering resolutions that benefit all parties involved.
I am passionate about using alternative dispute resolution methods to de-escalate tensions and prevent prolonged litigation. Each mediation session is an opportunity to help people move beyond conflict, empowering them to rebuild trust and create pathways for lasting harmony within their communities.
As a facilitator and mediator for law enforcement de-escalation training, I equip officers with the tools to approach tense situations with empathy, communication, and emotional intelligence. I believe that effective de-escalation is not just a skill—it's a mindset. By promoting strategies rooted in active listening and conflict resolution, I aim to empower officers to defuse conflicts peacefully and build stronger relationships with those they protect.
